Kia ora koutou!

I am a recent Lincoln University Alumni who has undertaken a Bachelor of Agricultural Science with Honours degree. My Honours project has focused on Animal Production in Fodder Beet wintering systems, which has found multiple implications to Fodder Beet wintering systems. I have extensive knowledge of agricultural systems having taken a broad range of papers at university and work experience though dairy, sheep, deer, and pig farms and having grown up on a farm in North Canterbury. I have proven experience in governance, business acumen, leadership, advocacy and representation, and policy through various leadership roles in clubs and as the Lincoln University Students' Association President. I am passionate about the Primary Industry Sector and keen to get young people involved to influence change for the sector that they will work in for most, if not all of their working career.

One policy I'd like to see: A ban on all imported pork products

If I could choose one superpower: Making everyone aware of what it's like to be a farmer and have better resourcing for rural mental health.
