My name is Madi and I am systems thinker and social researcher with a mind for climate justice and healthy ecosystems. I have a passion for helping local and global food systems transform into low carbon, nature positive systems where biodiversity and human communities can thrive side by side. I also have a strong interest in the fields of international development and urban sustainability. Oh, and I am a science communication nerd and believe that powerful and creative story telling has the ability to change the world.  

One policy change I’d like to see: more of a change in approach to policy than a policy change per se... I'd like to see our policies far more integrated across sectors. Everything is connected - so imagine a regulatory world that acknowledges that!?
